The goal of the Calgary Science School is to make this a long term sustainable project. This could be accomplished by:
• Potential annual conference with different themes making connections between art and science
• Ongoing professional development for teachers
• Future collaboration with other schools

The Calgary Science School will measure the success of the Forging Connections conference by the following indicators:
• Engaged and excited students
• Positive response from teachers, parents and the community
• Improved outreach opportunities
• Elevated profile of CSS in the greater community
